1. "Facebook Audience" - Identification of accurate audience demographics is based on complete Facebook data or the user traffic which comes via Facebook ad campaign and purchased on my website, so which one is it?

2. Custom funnels creation is based on what? I will segment customers inside Sensai, but then how are these customers being incorporated, my Woo commerce shop, Facebook and Google ad campaigns

3. Can I use Sensai API for eCommerce sales inside a cloud based product platform. If yes, what information do I need from product side and are further investments required to do so?

1. There are 2 features that involve Facebook audiences:

- CLV: We segment your customers into lost, at risk, safe and top and you can also segment these list even further in our custom list feature, this is only based on the behavior of your actual customers, you can export these audiences directly to Facebook, for example, you can export your top customers and create a lookalike audience in Facebook to acquire more valuable customers.

- Facebook audiences Dashboard: This one is based on the Facebook data as we can´t identify is a visitor from Facebook is from a paid campaign or organic, the idea of this dashboard is to really understand which audiences are working for you and with what type of content you should use them, generally we see that there are audiences that are great for discounts but not for launching new products and vice-versa.

2. Custom funnels are based on your visitors' behavior in your website, to really understand where are you losing your visitors, for example, if you realize that 60% are going fro the homepage to the product page but then just 5% of them add the product to the cart you should optimize your product page (description, pricing, etc), you can create unlimited funnels.

3. Yes, you just have to send us your orders and products, here is the documentation of the API: api.sensaimetrics.io.

Thanks for your response. I have some follow up questions as well.

1. So I should have enough followers on my Facebook business page then only customer life time value (CLV) and Facebook demographics dashboard will proven to be useful. Can Facebook personal page help me in some way but those are known contacts, I highly doubt they will buy, rather I even don't want to target them with sales messages. So how will I segregate personal contacts from business page followers?

So that means to get value out of this product I should run campaigns to increase followers, but I run Google ads to redirect customers to my Woo commerce shop and was thinking this can help me with it. In simple words, who is coming from Google or Facebook ads, which product is selling along with projected revenues but then how this all is different from Google analytics or native ad measurement functionalities offered by Google and Facebook?

2. Do you have any Javascript/HTML code which I can integrate with cloud hosting providers. What happens if I get more than allocated number of visitors for my code, I assume nothing will happen to user end, only thing is those metrics will not be captured and showed in Sensai tool. Is this understanding correct?

3. What about ad optimization, budget measurement and allocation, does it cover it and if yes what is the data source, Google analytics, Facebook, Which one?

4. Custom funnels will be created inside this Sensai dashboard right?

I checked the demo account on your website. It seems to be a great product.

Before I hit the buy now button, I have a few questions:

1) Can I use Sensai Metrics for my custom-built stores? I am selling ebooks & courses, built using WordPress and OScommerce

2) I saw that you have Sensai API to integrate with. Do you have tutorials explaining how to use it? I am unable to find one

3) Would you consider offering Custom Insights for 5 or 10 stacks? I am selling a lot of products, and this feature is going to be very important for me & my team

I will wait for your answers
